Ok so Im starting to make Jewelry. I found these needles in a sewing kit that have little colorful like balls at the end..they r like the needles that go into that little cushion thingy. I thought they would be good 4 earrings so I properly cleaned and sterilized some. The only thing is tht they r too long so I need to cut off some of the needle part..and I can't do it! I've tried siccors, a nail clipper, a sharp blade, and all it does is bend the needle! Plz help(:
And plz no rude comments saying like, y would u ever make earrings out of a pin or u r sooo stupid(:

I need to replace my motorhome bench seat cushion foam rubber with something more solid for sleeping, some firm foam rubber. Anyone know one foam rubber from another and what company will custom cut them.

I would like to know if anyone knows of a good web site with instructions and pictures of how to cover a chair cushion with your owne fabric. I tried looking and havent found what i need. see this is for my mom because shes not listening to my instructions since i know how to do this task. she cut her own cloth with out a ruler, didnt measure what she needed to cut and is using small screws to attach the fabric and the back of a screwdriver to tap them in. i told her she needed a staple gun but shes ignorant and wont listen and i even tried to show her but she doesnt care. The fabric is all bunched up in the corners and looks like its gonna fall off. i need to show her easy instructions with pictures so then maybe she would listen to that inteasd of not listening to me.

I've been practicing like all day for auditions for next year and my thumb REALLY hurts. I have a cushion thing (its a pencil grip fit on there then cut) but it still really hurts. It's adjustable, there are 4 different spaces you can do it on, and i was just wondering where I put it. Do i put it really high or really low for the most like comfort so my hand doesn't hurt? right now its on the 2nd space from the top.

Recently I needed help liquidating the contents of my parent's estate, so I called an auctioneer that my aunt recommended. On his first visit, he was very polite, looked at the things I was trying to sell and said that he gets 30% of the "take." The next time he came, he wasn't so nice. The first thing he announced was that he had forgotten to mention that besides the 30% there was a $200 "carrying charge. Then made me sign a contract. He just about ransacked the house. he upended the boxes I had so carefully packed of small household items. I thought to myself "He will pick the stuff up and put it back in the boxes." Well he didn't. He also damaged some things like when he decided to take the dining room set. The chairs had cushion in the seats. Instead of carefully untying them in the back, he just whipped out his pocket knife and cut the ties and threw the cushion in the corner. I was shocked. What should I have done? Nobody else was willing to take the stuff.

I don't think the color is that bad... I is near colorless. It's only when you get K or below that it starts looking yellow.

I have a vs smoky-gray, untreated gemstone. It's 641cts and it is cut in a cushion shape. It has lovely undertones and luster.
It has fine surface scratches or other slight imperfections on the surface. The scratches were caused by the person who polished it.
Thanks for helping

I am currently looking for a new saddle as I have stated in my other question but for the time being I have to stick with my cheap AP saddle. It is not made very well and the seat is VERY hard. So until I find the $ and the saddle I want I would like to cushion up my seat just a little bit. Saddle cushions online are to me not worth the $26 they charge. IMO I could make one for cheap. Do you think I could? And if so what kind of materials would you use? Would something like this be an okay material to put inside of say a fleece cover?

I would of course cut it down to size but do you think this would make my saddle a little more comfortable?
